Phase 1

Launch STORE_0 to make it happen "DAO-Owned Retail Store" as the world's first experiment.

Phase 2

While running STORE_0, DeStore team iterate dApp, the community flow, and operational stuff, to make enjoyable ownership experience to the community of STORE_0.

DeStore can prove that community-owned method is the 10x better framework than traditional retail as STORE_0 reaches the metrics of retails more than traditional ones.

Phase 3

After Proof of Concept of DeStore at STORE_0, DeStore will scale out with its dApp for other retailers e.g. brands, shopping mall, department stores as the community engagement solution when they run the stores.

DeStore appreciate all of the stakeholders around STORE_0 because it is the memorial prototype store and any further success will not happen without the contribution at STORE_0. DeStore will look for how we can share the upside with early contributors at STORE_0 as well.
